At Sweet Dreams, we want you to feel as comfortable in our apparel as you do in your own home. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original condition.

  Drop Off Your Package

  Attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
